Booking and guests

Your account reserves your place and up to three named guests. You are responsible for checking the date, venue, skill level, and session notes, and for sharing those details with your guests. A waitlist entry does not reserve a confirmed place. The organizer reviews waitlist entries when space opens.

Fees and wallet credit

Fees are shown in CAD before you book. A sufficient wallet balance pays the full confirmed booking. Otherwise, the full fee is due by e-transfer and your existing balance is unchanged. The organizer records external payments after confirming receipt. Wallet balances are club credit for future sessions; this website does not process card payments. Contact the organizer about transfer mistakes or a balance discrepancy.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel through your session page. Paid bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the Toronto session start receive full club wallet credit. Cancellations within 24 hours do not receive an automatic refund. Unpaid bookings and unpaid waitlist entries do not generate refunds. If the organizer cancels a session, paid bookings receive full wallet credit. Contact the organizer to discuss an exceptional circumstance or an external-payment refund request.

Playing together

Follow venue rules and the organizer’s instructions, respect other players, and use suitable indoor court footwear. Tell the organizer if you cannot attend. Accounts may be made inactive by the organizer when needed to manage club participation; contact the club if you believe there is an error.

Information used to run the club

The website stores your account email, name, phone number, optional profile image, bookings, guest names, and wallet/payment records. These help the organizer manage rosters, contact players about their sessions, and reconcile payments. Only provide guest names with their permission.

You can view and update your profile, and view your own bookings and wallet history. Club administrators can access member details and payment records to operate sessions. Public session pages display aggregate availability and venue details; they do not publish member contact information or guest lists.

Sign-in, hosting, and cookies

Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the website. Google processes sign-in if you choose that option. Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in; signing out ends the browser’s current session. Infrastructure providers may process technical request logs. This MVP does not include advertising or marketing analytics.

Questions, corrections, and account requests

Contact kbc.bdmn@gmail.com about your information, an account closure request, or a payment correction. The organizer may need to verify your identity and resolve outstanding bookings or payment records. Account closure is handled by the organizer; there is no automated deletion tool in this MVP. Do not email passwords or bank account details.
